Shipping policy

PRODUCTION OF PRODUCT:

Products we are selling are hand-crafted.  This being said, all purchases will generally ship to you within 7-14 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, NOT including holidays) from order date.  We try to ship faster, but this does not always happen.

Our products are shipped through USPS, once we have shipped your order we will provide you a tracking number.  Products generally arrive within 3-5 days, depending on USPS and holidays.

We pride ourselves in shipping faster, but this does not always happen so we allow ourselves this time frame.  Once our products ship, we will provide you with a tracking number 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Special requests and custom orders are always welcome! 

Please note with special/custom orders, this takes additional time for us to prepare.  While most listings are in-stock and readily available for you, custom orders are prepared once you place the order. 

This will require at least an additional week, bringing shipping time to 14-21 business days from time of order.  We always try to ship sooner, but again, allow ourselves this time frame just in case.
